RETAIL MANAGER AT THE FLOOD GALLERY

The Flood Gallery is the UK's leading specialist in contemporary gig posters, movie posters and art prints and we are currently recruiting the position of Gallery Manager.
The role will include staff and rota management, stock management, custom framing, sales, product presentation, hanging the walls, organising events, marketing and promotions including use of social media, compiling a weekly newsletter, online order fulfilment, maintenance of online shop, general admin and day to day gallery management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, previous retail experience (preferably at management level), be sales and customer service focused with good working knowledge of marketing through social media and be prepared to work in a busy environment where an ability to multi task is essential.
The gallery is open 7 days per week and the manager must be prepared to work flexible hours including regular weekend shifts. Some UK travel is also necessary for events and conventions.
